Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes, you can switch plans or cancel your subscription at any time. If you switch plans, your new plan will take effect immediately and your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
What is the difference between the plans?
Our plans and pricing vary based on the number of employee users in your Streamlime, storage space and available modules.
What happens after the 7 day free trial?
How often will I be billed for my Streamlime subscription?
Billing frequency depends on the plan you choose. You can choose to be billed monthly or annually. The billing cycle for both options will commence from the subscription start date and renew accordingly.
Can I change my billing cycle from monthly to annually or vice versa?
Yes, you can change your billing cycle at any time. Just contact our support team to make the change.
What happens if my payment method fails to process?
If your payment method fails to process, you will receive a notification and we will attempt to process your payment again in a few days. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until payment is made.
Is there a penalty for cancelling my Streamlime subscription early?
No, there is no penalty for cancelling your subscription early. You will be able to use the service until the end of your billing cycle.
How do I access my billing history and invoices?
You can access your billing history and invoices in your account settings. Just go to the Billing section and click on “Purchase History”.

No, there are no hidden fees or charges. All fees and charges are clearly displayed on our pricing page.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a discount for annual billing. If you choose to pay annually instead of monthly, you will receive a discount of up to 20%.
